It is best to approach a session without expectations as each person is unique, and so is their experience. If you are sensitive to energy, you may detect a change immediately. Feeling a surge of energy following a therapy session from the Harmonic Egg®, raise vibrational frequency offering a vital boost to the cells, tissues and organs. If this is your experience, It’s important not to strain yourself even if you feel a burst of energy. Following a session, we always recommend that you do your exercises and physical work conservatively to save your energy for healing. After the initial boost of energy, you may feel gradual fatigue. Not to be concerned, as this indicates that your cells are using the energy to release toxins and promote healing.
Feeling little difference – It is also expected and acceptable that you may not feel much difference at first, as each person’s sensitivity levels to energy differ. This can mean that your body uses energy to recover and purify at a profound level or that you are not sensitive or could not recognise energies yet. From our experience with a range of clients, we see that beneficial changes are also taking place in the background, whether you can feel it or not. It may take a few days for you to sense a difference, or if you are working on a health challenge, a series of visits may be required before you feel any change. The changes vary significantly from client to client and are often governed by their body’s specific requirements.
Feeling detox symptoms like fatigue, exhaustion, or having a brain fog (developing fuzzy thinking) following a session is a common aspect of the healing process (from releasing toxins/detoxification, but it will be washed away by drinking water). During this time, we encourage you to get a little extra sleep, drink plenty of water, eat a healthy diet, try to relax more often and try not to rush. You will be able to work and function during the day, but you need to plan rest and not overbook yourself after your daily commitments.
