You may experience lingering symptoms just after your session as your body and spirit integrate your healing benefits, so it is best to allow yourself some quiet time after you go out from our Harmonic Egg Ellipse studio. You will be able to work and function during the day, but you need to plan rest and not overbook yourself after your daily commitments. - What is the Recommended Protocol for After my Session?We kindly ask that you make your health a priority in your life and especially for a little while after your sessions. Please follow our recommendations:
- Try to avoid caffeine, sugar, and alcohol after your session.
- Drink plenty of water to flush and help with detoxing and resetting the body. Cells can communicate more efficiently when they are fully hydrated. Or, at the very least, cellular communication is impaired when the body is dehydrated. Moreover, the increase in water intake will help you avoid detox symptoms. People that have not done this have not integrated as well as others. The full effects of the session integrate over the course of 5-7 days, during which time it is essential to stay hydrated.
- Eat a good diet for at least a few days
- Be gentle with yourself for at least 48 hours after your session—the best you can. Rest, relax, and get plenty of sleep. Try not to plan any activities that are excessively consuming your energy immediately after your session; this includes any strenuous exercises. Instead, your body's energy should go towards healing itself.
- Pay attention to your body about doing other healing work. It is recommended to avoid chiropractic, biofeedback, EMDR, HBOT or other energy work approximately 5-7 days after a session. Harmonic Egg Ellipse® sessions should also be scheduled at least 5-7 days apart from each other. For acupuncture and massage, the minimum is 2-3 days after. - What To Expect After My Session? Will I Notice a Difference Right Away?It is best to approach a session without expectations as each person is unique, and so is their experience. If you are sensitive to energy, you may detect a change immediately. However, even if you don't feel it at first, subtle changes are happening within the body as the Harmonic Egg Ellipse® technology is designed to contribute to optimal relaxation and autonomic balance. Following a session, we always recommend that you do your exercises and physical work conservatively to save your energy for healing. After the initial boost of energy, you may feel gradual fatigue. Feeling little difference - It is also expected and acceptable that you may not feel much difference at first, as each person's sensitivity levels to energy differ. - How many sessions should I schedule? Typically, how many sessions does it take to start feeling better? Or see results?From client experiences and testimonies, the best results could be achieved with a consistent set of sessions. Therefore, we advise you to go for 3-10 sessions in a series. If you have a severe illness, it is most likely that one set of sessions will not be enough to turn the body around. If your goal is to live a more joyful life, consider what you would need to do to heighten your energy. Even one session in the Harmonic Egg Ellipse® may provide relief, results and answers. Many people have reported that some pain, stiffness and other amazing testimonies have come out of their first session. However, it depends on each person. - Does the Harmonic Egg Ellipse use Solfeggio Frequencies or Binaural Beats?No, solfeggio and binaural beats are not used in the resonant chamber. Because the e gg itself vibrates at a higher frequency level (900/1200 Hz), the Harmonic Egg Ellipse does not use Solfeggio. We don't want the Solfeggio frequencies to dampen the vibration. It is possible, for example, that people who come to us already vibrate at a very high frequency. We don't want to put them at 369 or 528 Hz in that case. So instead, we concentrate on the instruments. Furthermore, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. That is why we concentrate on the instruments and their waveforms. The flute, for example, is very beneficial to the liver, among other things. Drums, like the digeridoo, are very helpful to the immune system and physical issues because they bring the physical body back into balance. - I am claustrophobic. Do you have a solution for me?The Harmonic Egg Ellipse® is comfortable and spacious (with the space and size of a large car) and should not disturb those with claustrophobia. Our first and foremost priority is for you to feel as safe and comfortable as possible. People with claustrophobia and children are doing well, and they do not feel trapped, so you don't need to worry about it. You go inside it; you are closed in but not sealed. So, you can go out by yourself for your peace of mind. The door can be stopped anywhere along its travel path and controlled by the user. It can always be manually opened if required from any static position from the inside. The final action of completely closing the door is counterbalanced, enabling the lightest of touches to partially or fully open or close the door. There is a gap vent around the door to allow air circulation, so it is not sealed. We prefer to maintain the door close for the sessions because it is essential to keep the integrity of the smoothness of the egg that spirals around you. However, for people with severe anxiety or panic attacks, we leave the door of the Harmonic Egg Ellipse® open in our first couple of sessions. After each session, we close it a little bit more until you feel comfortable enough to be fully closed in it. You can lightly push the door open yourself if you wish. It does not lock or catch anywhere. Also, there is a "doorbell" located in the side pocket of the chair so that if you ever need assistance, you can always ring the bell. The wellness practitioner will hear it at the front desk.

- Is there an application for couples/family members, and when is it recommended that two people use the chamber together?Yes, the Harmonic Egg Ellipse® is a great option to strengthen the relationship between couples or parent and child and promote better communication. When it comes to a child and parent or partners not communicating efficiently but are willing to improve and talk "to" each other versus "at" each other, it may be the right time to do one or more sessions one after the other. - What is the Autonomic Nervous System and Why It is so Important?Have you ever felt as though you struggle to maintain a relaxed state of mind, body and soul? So many of us are stuck in a flight-or-fight response, constantly in a low to a high state of stress.
