What is the Recommended Protocol for Before my Session and How To Prepare for it

Prepare your day around relaxation, including time afterwards for integrating the benefits

For first-timers, please allow 1h20min-1h30min for intake interview and session. If you are returning client, the time slot for your session is 1h10min

Make a list of 1-3 things you want to work on and bring it along with you

Fill in the intake form if you are coming for the first time. You can do this when you book your appointment online

Dress comfortably (for best results, avoid wearing black if possible), but anything will suffice. A note for those who choose to wear black often is not helping your body. Black creates disease, so please consider switching up the colours of your clothes for your session. Bring a sweatshirt because we get cold when we relax. You will be seated in a zero-gravity chair, where you will feel weightless and stress-free. Raising your feet to the same level as your heart accomplishes this.

Refrain from wearing perfume or cologne before your session

Drink plenty of water. Cells communicate more efficiently when they are fully hydrated

We recommend avoiding any massage, chiropractic, biofeedback, acupuncture, EMDR, HBOT or other energy work at least 3 days prior to your session. For acupuncture and massage, the minimum is 2 days before. It is never a good idea to pile up healing sessions, primarily because it does not allow for the space for integration. If you happen to be an energy healer, it’s absolutely fine for you to continue to give sessions

We suggest you plan ahead of the following:

You may experience lingering symptoms just after your session as your body and spirit integrate your healing benefits, so it is best to allow yourself some quiet time after you go out from our Harmonic Egg Ellipse studio. Please, remember to try not to rush this day. You will be able to work and function during the day, but you need to plan rest and not overbook yourself after your daily commitments.
