What should I wear?

Dress comfortably (for best results, avoid wearing black if possible), but anything will suffice. A note for those who choose to wear black often is not helping your body. Black creates disease, so please consider switching up the colours of your clothes for your session. Bring a sweatshirt because we get cold when we relax, and we will provide you with a blanket if you need it. You will be seated in a zero-gravity chair, where you will feel weightless and stress-free. Raising your feet to the same level as your heart accomplishes this.
